Purpose: Stores your cookie choices, the time of the choice and which version of the cookie information was shown.
Storage time: A maximum of six months, after which you may need to make a new choice.

session-id

Provider: Charlie AK via the website's analytics service
Category: Analytics
Purpose: Used to distinguish one temporary visitor session from another and to measure how the website is used and works.
Storage time: Approximately 30 minutes.
Legal basis: Consent.

session-id is not created if you reject analytics cookies.

Sign-in and session storage

Provider: Charlie AK and Supabase
Category: Necessary
Purpose: Used for secure sign-in, authentication and to keep you signed in to your member account.
Storage time: During the active session or until you sign out. Some information may be stored longer in order to remember your sign-in on your device.

The exact technical names may vary depending on how authentication is carried out. Such storage is only used when needed for sign-in and account functions.

5 External services

We use external IT providers for, among other things, website hosting, database, authentication, security and analytics.

These may, for example, include:

• Cloudflare for security and delivery of the website
• Supabase for database, authentication and member accounts
• Lovable and its sub-processors for website hosting and, with your consent, web analytics

The providers may only process information according to our instructions and applicable data protection rules.

Some providers may process data outside the EU and EEA. When this happens, we use a permitted transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

6 External fonts

The website may load fonts from Google Fonts. When content is fetched from an external service, technical information such as IP address, browser information and the visited page may be transferred to the provider.

We aim to limit such external transfers and may choose to store the fonts directly on our own website.

Google Fonts is not used to create a marketing profile within Charlie AK Membership.

7 How do you give consent?

When you visit the website for the first time, you can choose to:

• accept all cookies
• reject non-essential cookies
• customise your choices

Analytics cookies are switched off until you have actively approved them.

Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them. Closing the cookie banner without making a choice does not mean that you have given consent.

8 Change or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings button on this page.

If you withdraw your consent, we stop using analytics for future visits. Analytics cookies that are no longer needed are deleted when technically possible.

A withdrawn consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

You can also delete cookies via your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the website, such as sign-in and the member account, may stop working.
